Waukegan Park District (WPD)- Special Recreation Services of Northern Lake County (SRSNLC) is seeking TR students to fill internship positions for January – April program season.
WPD-SRSNLC provides community programs and services for individuals with special needs. Internships with WPD-SRSNLC include: program leadership and planning opportunities, APIE experience, case studies, a major project, special event planning, professional development, and follow the NCTRC Job Task Analysis. Attached are the Job Tasks Internship Timeline and a campus flyer. Also included are the links to the Waukegan Park District Website, the current SRSNLC brochure and the job application site.
