The Kids Camp Supervisor is responsible for overall direction, organization, and supervision of the Summer Camp program. They supervise counselors to ensure they are engaging campers in fun and challenging activities and would also provide a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for counselors, campers, and parents.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Administrative (helping parents register, processing camp payments, changing of camp registration dates)
- Maintaining summer camp inventory and order supplies
- Creates and coordinates staff schedules and daily activity schedules
- Coordinate field trips according to state guidelines
- Assistant in hiding, termination, training and performance feedback of staff.
