 INTERN WITH MILITARY CHILDCARE AND YOUTH PROGRAMS Interns are placed on active military installations across the United States and abroad during their 10-15 week internship. Interns work directly with children and youth by creating and implementing age appropriate curricula and programs. They also learn about the management of child and youth centers, including financial and budgeting skills. Interns gain valuable professional skills that will help them in their future careers.

The Fremont Community Recreation Authority is offering a professional internship to students working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within the field of parks and recreation. The internship will provide a well rounded experience in park district operations, administration, public recreation, facility management, special events, fiscal management, marketing, maintenance, and program management.
