Job Title: Wait Staff

Job Summary: Members of Three Forks wait staff are responsible for facilitating a five star dining experience for each and every guest at Three Forks Ranch.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

·         Set up, break down and table layout for breakfast, lunch and dinner

·         Cleaning of dining rooms before and after each meal

·         Delivery of coffee/pastry tray to guest rooms every morning, as requested

·         Maintain buffet supply and tidiness to ensure adequate amount of food for guests

·         Cleaning/polishing/general care of silver, stemware and table linens

·         Assist in bar set-up prior to cocktail hour-napkins, appetizer plates, silverware

·         Keep bar tidy during cocktail hour, refill bar appetizers, clear empty drinks and refills as needed

·         Facilitate prompt serving of all meals

·         Keep chefs aware of all guest arrivals for meals

·         Monitor/maintain public areas of the lodge for trash, empty glasses, dirty plates, etc.

·         Able to stand entire shift and lift heavy trays, dishes and glassware

·         Always have a positive, friendly attitude with co-workers and most importantly guests

·         Always neatly groomed-clean hair, nails, no nail polish minimal make-up, pressed uniforms, etc.

·         Always in uniform when at work, during a shift and when visible to guests

·         Respond to any request from manager

·         Learn guest names in a timely manner

·         Maintain strict confidentiality concerning all guests and guest activities

·         Cooperate with all management and staff in the operation of Three Forks Ranch as a single cohesive unit

Requirements:

·         Always on-time or early for shifts

·         Willingness to work and learn and be flexible

·         Organized, comfortable multi-tasking, and professional at all times

·         Clear working communication with the kitchen staff

·         Valid Driver’s License

·         Adequate education/training/experience to complete all tasks associated with this position

·         Work quickly and efficiently under pressure

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Flexibility with shifts, hours and duties

·         Always Maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene
