CTRS Opening at Bradford Woods- Assistant Director

Bradford Woods is looking for a new Assistant Director of Therapeutic Programs. This is a full-time position that lives and works on-site, assisting with designing and implementing adaptive and therapeutic programs, including their summer RT camps. This position provides support for recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising seasonal program staff, including staff members responsible for art therapy, music therapy, nutrition, lifeguards, and more.

Qualifications needed are a bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy and ability to maintain the Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist certification, or acquire CTRS within 8-months from date of hire. Preferred skills are experience working with individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities, experience with adaptive sports/program design and implementation, and excellent customer service skills. This position will serve at Bradford Wood’s NCTRC internship supervisor over the summer months.
