Western Springs Park District Summer Intern

Working on your degree in Recreation? Join the Park District of Western Springs this summer as an Intern and gain valuable experience. You will have an opportunity to work on achieving the goals and objectives of our District as well as your degree program for a well-rounded intern experience.

Key Responsibilities

As an Intern you will provide general support to the day-to-day functions of the department.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Looking for interns who are eager to learn and want to work with the older adult population. Students will learn  and develop skills in assisted living and skilled nursing. Students need to be vaccinated and be comfortable meeting the typical demands that are placed on healthcare providers in light of the on going pandemic.
