Therapeutic Sports and Recreation Department at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital has modified our internship/fieldwork program to expand volunteer opportunities for students wishing to gain clinical experience prior to the Senior Internship.

We now offer 5 options for students to accumulate volunteer/fieldwork hours at Marianjoy:

The Georgia State Games is one of the largest Amateur Olympic-Style Sports Festivals in the country. We rely HEAVILY on top quality interns to operate many of our sporting Events Projects and Programs. It is a tremendous experience and we have interns that come from across North America each year. To date we have had students attend our internship from 37 States, 9 Foreign Countries and 3 Canadian Providences. We can provide housing!

My name is Brandi Rayburn and I’m the Sponsorship and Marketing Manager at Dugout Media. Dugout media is a full service marketing company specializing in the organization, marketing, and execution of mobile fanfest tours that travel around the United States interacting with today’s you at sporting events. Dugout Media is also the publishers of the Nation’s Baseball Magazine for Kids called Baseball Youth. Baseball Youth is a bi-monthly publication recognizing and promoting youth baseball players and teams ages 14 years and younger.
