The program is a year-round, six year leadership program for teens who are high potential, yet underserved. During the summer, they attend a 21 day residential experience at our 280 acre site in Eureka, MO. They are looking for positive role models to serve as staff to fill several engaging job positions for the summer of 2014. These positions include Group Leaders (general cabin counselors), wilderness Trek Instructors, Team Leaders (season supervisors), and Teen Support Staff (supervisors with a background in social work, counseling, etc.)
