Shriners Hospital is looking for volunteers to help with their Wheelchair Ballroom Dance Workshop.
This program is in partnership with the American Dance Wheels Foundation who has received a grant to coordinate a Fall and Spring Dance Workshop. See the link below of some of their other programs they have done: http://americandancewheels.org/Sliders/video-slider_widener.htm
This will run Wednesday evenings 6:30-8pm October 5th- November 16th. Interested volunteers will need to be able to commit to all 7 weeks of the program. Each week we will be adding on to the dance that they will be leaning/teaching the kids. On the last week, there will be an informal ballroom dance competition at the hospital.
