Looking for volunteers for some upcoming events at the Channahon Park District. Listed below are volunteer dates and locations. If you or anyone is going to volunteer at any of the events please email me or have someone email me confirming that they can come (Brandon Carson intern@ChannahonPark.org).
First off, please let me know if you are available any day during the next 2 weeks (March 27-31st/ April 3-7th) to stuff eggs for our Easter events! We are trying to see how many people signed up so that we can have an official date, but we can adjust to your schedule as well.
March 31, Pitch, Hit and Run. Arrive at 1:15 PM, no later than 1:30 PM. Location: Heritage Crossing Field House is located at 24935 West Sioux Drive, Channahon. Volunteers are asked to stay from 1:15-4:30 PM.
April 7, Flashlight Egg Hunt. Arrive at 5:30 PM, no later than 5:30 PM. Location: Community Park, Illinois & Michigan Canal State Trail, 23304 W McClintock Rd, Channahon, IL 60410. Volunteers are asked to stay from 5:30-7:30 PM.
April 8, Easter Events on Saturday (Help put out Easter eggs for the eggs hunts). Arrive at 9:15 AM, no later than 9:15 AM. Channahon Park District Central Park, Illinois & Michigan Canal State Trail, 24856 W Eames St, Channahon, IL 60410. Volunteers are asked to stay from 9:15-11 AM.
May 4, Mother’s Day Tea Party on a Thursday. Arrive at 5:30 PM, no later than 5:30 PM. Location: Arrowhead Community Center is located at 24856 West Eames Street, Channahon. Volunteers are asked to stay from 5:30-7:30 PM.
May 19, Fierce Fiesta 5k. Arrive at 5:00 PM, no later than 5:00 PM. Location: 24355 West Bluff Road, Channahon, IL 60410. Volunteers are asked to arrive at 5:00PM
