The Wyman Teen Leadership Program Job Opportunities for Students Wanting to Make a Difference.
Wyman is a youth development nonprofit organization with a 117 year history of serving low-income teens in the St. Louis, Missouri area. The Teen Leadership Program uses a progressive year-round approach over six years to support healthy teen development, leadership skills, and post-secondary access and persistence. We currently are hiring positive role models to fill a variety of summer jobs.
They are hiring staff to work with either the Leadership & Exploration or College & Career Readiness components of the program. All positions are residential and provide free room and board, in addition to a competitive salary. Staff working with the Leadership & Exploration side of the program will live and work at Wymans 280+ acre camp in Eureka, MO. College & Career Readiness staff will travel on regional college tours and college immersions. Please see the attached flyers for more information about these unique opportunities. The minimum requirements for staff are 18+ years old, have completed at least 1 year of college, and have some experience working with youth.
