RT full-time positions at Smith Village in Chicago

I am searching for a qualified person with high energy that understand person centered care who can motivate our residents to improve or maintain a good quality of life, qualified with education, is budget minded, experience working with state mandated paperwork and has at least three- five years of supervisory experience.  It would be full time. Flexible hours. Not sure if it will be a director or a coordinator at this time.

I also have one full time assistant position in life enrichment- flexible hours, including weekend schedule. It is working on our skilled memory unit.  This would need to be someone that understand person centered care
