#58595B" face="Segoe UI,sans-serif" size="3">Job Summary: The Oak Lawn Park District is seeking a full-time Athletic Supervisor to be responsible for the development, implementation, promotion, and administration of athletics programs, leagues, and events at the Racquet, Fitness & Gymnastics Center. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, scheduling, marketing, budgeting, and staffing. Program areas encompass but are not limited to racquet sports such as tennis, pickleball, racquetball, handball, wallyball, baseball/softball and special events within the park district. Serves as a member of in District committees as requested and must work the July 4th special event. Must obtain and keep current certification in CPR/AED/First Aid. Under the direction and supervision of the Racquet Fitness and Gymnastics Manager.
#58595B" face="Segoe UI,sans-serif" size="3">Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Sports Management, or a related field. Three years experience in recreational program and or facility management. CPRP preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, leadership, organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to work in a team environment. Attention to detail, advanced computer skills and an outgoing personality with a customer service focus are required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs and Rec Trac is a plus. Applicant must be able to pass a physical, drug test, Illinois Drivers' License record check and criminal background check.
