The ITRS committee through IPRA is offering an all day workshop on Thursday, September 7, 2017. Below is some information about the TR Leadership Summit. Students can register for only $30.
The TR Summit, sponsored by IPRA's Therapeutic Recreation (TR) Section, offers a full day of continuing education for professionals that work in special recreation. The day begins with a keynote speaker that will talk about failure as an option and challenge participants to step out of their comfort zone. The morning and afternoon will consist of three 1.5-hour concurrent breakout sessions that allow for attendees to pick the TR topic that best fits their needs. Come enjoy a fun day of networking and learning with your fellow colleagues. Lunch is included with registration.
Reduced registration fee is available for full-time undergraduate students currently pursuing a degree at a college or university.
