We invite you and your students to the 2016 Stritch Sport Summit, which will be held in Milwaukee at Cardinal Stritch University on Friday, April 8th, 2016 from 9:00 am – 1:35 pm.
The attached document provides many of the details. This half-day event is an incredible opportunity for anyone who is interested in a career in the varied sport industry. What makes this unique is the speakers are all practicing sport industry professionals. Attendees will get real insight and advice from those that “do.”
The event will feature two keynote speakers: Andrea Williams, Associate Commissioner of the Big Ten Conference, and Peter Feigin, President of the Milwaukee Bucks. Also featured is a Sport Sales panelist discussion with experts from Marquette University Athletics, the Milwaukee Bucks, the Milwaukee Admirals, the Big 920 AM, and the Packers and Brewers radio networks. Finally, the Summit will offer four new breakout sessions that provide attendees the option to choose from:
·Marketing and Social Media in Sport
·Entering the Sport Industry
·Coaching as a Career
·Leadership Essentials for Sport Professionals
The cost to attend the 2016 Stritch Sport Summit is $20 per person. Tables can also be purchased for $150.00 (eight seats per table). All attendees will receive a boxed lunch.
